General Bookings

1. All deposits made to Add Some Music are non refundable.
2. Cancellations must be made 1 month prior to the event date or you will still be charged the full remaining balance, unless otherwise arranged.
3. All communications made with Add Some Music are strictly confidential if liaising with 3rd party companies or performers.
4. Arrangements must be made for all persons employed or booked through Add Some Music to be working in a safe environment, by the persons booking or responsible for the booking. Failure to do so may result in the event being cancelled, and you will still be charged the full amount.
5. At no point must any equipment be interfered with by you, your guests, or any persons at the event, unless otherwise arranged. Tampering with equipment can cause serious hazards, of which Add Some Music, or any persons booked through Add Some Music, will not be held responsible.
6. Hired equipment must be kept in a dry environment, away from liquids, and within the demonstrated tolerances.
7. Hired equipment is subject to a post event inspection. You will be charged for any incurred costs from damage caused during the hire period.
8. Hired equipment must only be used for the purpose it was intended.

Referral Scheme

1. You will be awarded referrals once the deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed,
2. If the booking is cancelled prior to the event you will not receive payment, and the referral is removed from your list.
3. Referral payments are made within the following month, after the date of booking.
4. Payment details must be complete and accurate, or payment cannot be made.
5. Payments cannot be backdated if your details where incorrect for the previous month.
6. You will not be informed if you payment details are incorrect. The responsibility for accurate information lies solely with you.
7. You cannot use your referral id on your own events. If you are found to have used the referral scheme on you own event at anytime, any payments made for these events will be claimed back.
8. Failure to repay misused referral payments will result in interest of 2%, of the outstanding amount, above the Bank of England base rate, per month until payment is received.
9. Add Some Music reserves the right to withhold payments, without question, if it sees reason to do so.
